Visits are by appointment. If you have not confirmed a date and time, call (731) 300-1191 before you set out.

When you arrive

  1. Follow Sterling Farm Dr to the last building before the gated community.

  2. Come to the last door of that building.

Coming from

From the north (US 45 Bypass)

  1. Take US 45 Bypass south.
  2. Turn right onto Old Humboldt Rd.
  3. Turn left onto the frontage road, near Gateway Tire.
  4. Continue about 2 miles until you see Lifeline Blood Services.
  5. Turn right onto Sterling Farm Dr.

From the south (I-40)

  1. Take I-40 to Exit 80B.
  2. Head north about 2.2 miles to Oil Well Rd.
  3. Turn left onto Oil Well Rd.
  4. Turn right onto the frontage road, near Coffman’s Furniture.
  5. Continue about 3 miles until you see Lifeline Blood Services.
  6. Turn left onto Sterling Farm Dr.
