How do I change or cancel my appointment?

Please call us as soon as you know you cannot come. We will help you find another time and may be able to offer the opening to another patient.

Is there a fee if I cancel late or miss my visit?

Call (731) 300-6155, Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM

What if I am running late?

Call (731) 300-6155, Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM

Will I get a reminder by text?

Call (731) 300-6155, Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM

Which office is my appointment at?

Already have an appointment? Check which office it names; the four clinics are in four towns. Visits are by appointment; confirm your date and office before you travel.

What should I wear?

For a routine visit, most people stay in their regular clothes. A sleeve that rolls up or a short-sleeved top makes the blood pressure check easier.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. Many patients bring a spouse, adult child, friend, or caregiver. Kidney care can involve new terms and several steps, so having another listener can be helpful.

Can my visit be a video visit?

Telehealth may be available when a virtual visit is appropriate for the appointment type. Call before your appointment to ask whether telehealth is an option for your visit.

Did not find your answer?

Call the main line, Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM. If we cannot answer it at the front desk, we will find the person who can.
