Dr Lee attended medical school at the
American University of Antigua. After medical school, she began her residency at
Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center. She became a chief resident. It was during residency that Anna met her husband, Shree Mulay. The newlyweds moved to Madison, Wisconsin for their fellowship in nephrology (kidney disease). They enjoyed their time at the
University of Wisconsin and learned from experts in the field.
At the end of their fellowship, Anna and Shree moved back to West Tennessee. They started working with Dr. Ramakant Mulay. He was a nephrologist who served the community for more than 30 years. When the elder Dr. Mulay retired, Anna and Shree continued the business as The Kidney Experts.
